Nagpur: Maharashtra finance and forest minister Sudhir Mungantiwar, while announcing his maiden budget on Wednesday, has given thrust to ecotourism considering it as a major tool to boost employment generation in forested regions of the state, especially Vidarbha. The other big announcement includes setting of separate zoo authority for the state. Till now such an authority is in place in Karnataka and Andhra Pradesh.
